My Story
This is me
I grew up enveloped in the rich sounds of classical music, thanks to my mother who would fill our home with melodies even before I could walk. She would lull me to sleep with the soothing strains of Vivaldi, Beethoven, Bach, and Chopin. As a result, I can recall many pieces by heart, not just to listen to, but also to perform. These composers have been my mentors since childhood, and their influence resonates with me to this day. Why do I pursue the path of a musician? Its so I can teach others the wonders of sounds, given to us by God himself, and that ultimately, its for His Glory.

‘The final aim and reason of all music is nothing other than the glorification of God and the refreshment of the spirit.’
-J.S. Bach

The Violinist
My Pursuit as a Violinist
At the age of 7 years, the violin was my first instrument of my musical journey. No other instrument has hold a more special place to my heart than the violin. It has the ability to mimic the human voice, the portability to be played anywhere and the craftsmanship has no comparability. It exceeds all. No other instrument has had a more versitile use or cultural significance as it does. This is one of God's great gifts to humanity. This thus provides my profound love for it.
My Pursuit as a Pianist
The piano is a jack of all trades. It can solo and accompany. While not initially my favourite instrument, its serves as a basis of my musical knowledge - a requirement so vital that without it, music would not be where it is today. The construction is so near perfect that the order and idea behind the masterpiece ofthis instrument could have only been given by God himself; and to me, its my swiss knife.

The Performer
As a performer
Along with the orchestra at the University, I also play in the string quartet at my church, where we perform our best before the Lord and congregation, as we seek to glorify Him. Our music is also greatly appreciated by the congregation. We also perform at Glendale Crossing on certain occasions.
